Dyconn Faucet Limited Warranty

​

Dyconn Faucet products are designed and tested to meet the highest quality standards and undergo a rigorous quality control process. This warranty is valid only for personal, non-commercial use of Dyconn Faucet products purchased and installed within the United States.

​

Coverage Periods:

​

  • Faucets & Kitchen/Bath Accessories: Dyconn Faucet warrants its faucets and kitchen/bath accessories to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original purchase for non-electrical components. For electronic components (including, but not limited to, sensor faucets and bidet toilets), the warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

  • Parts & Accessories: Parts and accessories are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

​

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner/end-user for personal household use. Commercial or industrial use of Dyconn Faucet products automatically voids the warranty.

​

Required Documentation: Any warranty claim must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an Authorized Dealer or Authorized Distributor. A list of authorized sellers can be found on the Dyconn Faucet website.

​

Installation Recommendations: Dyconn Faucet recommends that products be installed by licensed professionals. The warranty does not cover any damages or product failures resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to use a licensed professional for installation.

​

Care & Maintenance: Proper care and maintenance are essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of Dyconn Faucet products. Detailed care instructions can be found in your product manual.

​

What’s Not Covered:

  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by the product itself, including any misuse, abuse, or neglect.

​

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty. Dyconn Faucet cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized parties.

​

  • Consequential or special damages related to shipping, labor for removal or re-installation, or the return of products are excluded from warranty coverage.

 

Warranty Claims Process: To file a warranty claim, contact Dyconn Faucet’s Support or Sales Department. You may be asked to provide images or videos of the defective product to expedite the assessment and determine the necessary replacement parts. If the product is determined to be defective, Dyconn Faucet may repair or replace it with a product of equal value at their discretion. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, Dyconn Faucet may offer a refund of the original purchase price in exchange for the returned product.

Dyconn Faucet reserves the right to inspect any product reported as defective prior to repair or replacement.

This warranty will be void if the product is damaged or fails due to improper installation, neglect, carelessness, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, or alterations to the product. Damage caused by chemicals, natural corrosion, accidents, fire, flood, acts of God, or other similar events is also excluded.

To maintain the validity of the warranty, it is important to avoid using abrasive cleaners, steel wool, harsh chemicals, or materials that could scratch, damage, or dull the product’s surface or finish. Using these can void the warranty.

​

Proper installation of the product is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Dyconn Faucet does not install products, supervise installations, nor hire contractors for this purpose. As such, Dyconn Faucet cannot be held responsible for any damages or failures arising from installation errors, whether direct or indirect.

​

This warranty does not apply to products that have not been installed or operated in accordance with the instructions provided by Dyconn Faucet or any applicable regulations.

​

The warranty is not valid for commercial or industrial use of Dyconn Faucet products.

​

Dyconn Faucet is not liable for personal injury or death, nor for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of time, profits, inconvenience, incidental expenses, labor, material costs, or any other charges that result from the use of the product, the application of this warranty, or the removal or replacement of any product or part covered by this warranty.

In all cases, Dyconn Faucet’s liability is limited to the original purchase price paid for the product by the original purchaser/end-user.

Dyconn Faucet Limited Warranty & 30-Day Return Policy

​

Dyconn Faucet offers a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for unused, unopened products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges, within this 30-day period. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

  2. Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original box.

  3. Provide the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Once the return is processed, a full refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued.
